It captures the essence of the island through local bananas, kokuto, sugar cane, and triple-distilled Awamori, with deep color from a house-made banana-skin syrup.

Developed by an international team with deep experience in Japanese sake and spirits, the project grew out of repeated visits to Okinawa and a growing attachment to the islands; over time, these visits led to close relationships with local producers and a shared desire to create something that would respectfully celebrate a place they could never stop coming back to.

Yuimaru is a celebration of Okinawa in a bottle.
